Our Company was promoted by Mr. L.R. Chawla, the then Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Y.P. Samant, the then Joint Managing Director and Mr. Rajiv Chawla, the then Executive Director and was incorporated on 30^th December, 1983, in the State of Maharashtra.

We are a major operating unit of the “Chawla Group ” of civil engineering and contracting companies.

The affairs of the Company are managed by an eminent Board of Directors drawn from the field of civil engineering industry commanding between them 30 to 40 years experience in almost the entire spectrum of civil engineering field.

Our group today had already a reasonably large asset base in the form of modern plant and machinery and has a dedicated team of civil engineers with extensive experience in quality construction of high rise structures, commercial industrial and mass housing complexes, flyovers, bridges, runways and expressways to international standard and exacting specifications.
