The project, an Infotech Park, probably the largest of its kind in Mumbai, envisages construction of two Towers and a central Atrium; each tower comprises of built-up space of approximately 3,50,000 sq. ft. over seven floors. Typical Span (Column to Column) is 50.84 ft. x 36.08 ft. All slabs are post-tensioned. Area in basement and under stilts is approximately 400,000sq. ft. The atrium dividing the towers is centered around a lift core that will be linked by glazed structural steel aerobridges to both towers at each floor. Also included in scope of work is construction of underground water tank, sewage treatment plant, rain water harvesting treatment tank etc.
