Construction comprised of two Basements, Ground Floor, Service Floor and 6 Guest Floors, in the Hotel's 1st Phase. The client enhanced the scope of work by 45% to include construction of an additional 2 Guest floors. The entire project consisted of 272 Guest rooms/Suites, Swimming Pools, Tennis Courts, Squash Courts, Badminton Courts and ancillary structures. Approximately 280,000 sq.ft. of slab area was executed on the project. Over 30,000 cu.m. of excavation in hard rock and approximately 1,100 M.T. of Structural Steel fabrication was involved.
